Payment Terms 

Payment
All services must be paid for in advance before the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include: card, mobile payment, invoice, ePassi, Smartum, and Edenred fitness vouchers. Coaching sessions include a free initial meeting, after which the customer can decide whether to commit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the service is possible without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for trial sessions and individual coaching meetings. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or failure to use the service will incur the full service fee.

Billing
Billing terms can be individually agreed upon with the customer if the service agreement lasts longer than one month.

Coaching Suspension and Refunds
Coaching cannot be suspended or cancelled without a separate agreement. No refunds will be given if the customer decides to terminate the coaching before its completion. The date of the coaching session can be rescheduled due to illness or another physical obstacle with a doctor's certificate.
